What is so great about a "90% Success Rate?" Did you know that the majority of students who start an online course will not complete it? Many studies have shown that the completion rate for an online asynchronous course is significantly less than 50%. At Nimbus Christian Education, we are excited to share with you that our success rate is 90% - this means 90% of our students successfully complete their online courses.
There are many sites online where you can buy courses but what sets us apart from them is we are invested in seeing our students grow, learn and succeed. We do this by offering courses that are designed to engage students, motivating students to complete tasks on time and by connecting with each individual student.
Nimbus Christian Education is one of a very few online high schools authorized by the Ontario Ministry of Education to grant high school credits and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
I love that Nimbus online Math videos can be used in so many different teaching styles- Flip the classroom, Blended classrooms, etc. They are awesome for students to use as review for catching up after missing a class. The lessons are varied in their approach and the math is visualized in a way that just can’t be done on a whiteboard.
The Nimbus course allowed to study at my own pace with the confidence that my teacher was nearby and would be able to answer my question in a positive way. I knew that if I needed extra practice because I was struggling, the course would allow me the time to do this.
